How a Bench Run Works

Intake & Baseline

Each unit is photographed, firmware version recorded, and fan bearings listened to at idle. We note thermal paste condition and any visible damage before connecting to our reference 220V supply.

30-Minute Burn-In

A short burn-in catches immediate failures — dead hash boards, loose power connectors, or abnormal fan curves — before committing to a full 72-hour run.

72-Hour Continuous Run

The unit mines against our reference pool endpoint. Hash rate, temperature, fan RPM, and wall power draw are logged every sixty seconds. Ambient room temperature is held at 24°C unless a stress profile is requested.

Analysis & Report

Our analyst reviews variance patterns, correlates thermal events with hash drops, and writes the final report. Raw CSV data is packaged alongside the PDF.

Equipment Threshold

We accept ASIC and GPU mining hardware rated at 0.05 TH/s or higher. Units below this threshold lack sufficient signal-to-noise ratio for meaningful stability measurement in our setup.
