Our work: On-site audit sampling eight representative rigs across three rack rows, followed by lab assessment of the two worst performers.
Outcome: Three units showed firmware-related variance unrelated to humidity. Five units had stability degradation tied to restricted intake airflow. The client re-ducted the exterior wall row and deferred two unit replacements, saving approximately ₩14 million against their original replacement budget.

Client: Independent miner in Jeju purchasing four second-hand Whatsminer M30S units from a mainland seller.
